Relatoinship Recovery

Relationships can be difficult. It can be even more difficult when you are interacting with a toxic person or involved in a narcissistically abusive relationship (narc abuse). A toxic relationship is like a dark cloud hanging over your sunshine. This type of relationship can exist with anyone. It's a relationship that's harmful, emotionally draining, and just plain bad for your well-being.

In these kinds of connections, negativity takes center stage, and you might find yourself having a range of emotions, feeling more stressed, anxious, grief, confusion, guilt, or unhappy than ever. Toxic and narcissistic relationships often involve emotional manipulation, control, gaslighting, and emotional abuse, which can deeply impact your mental and emotional health.
